Last week our furnace died, this coincided with freezing temperatures and illness in the house. Fortunately I had checked out Homestars for two options and contacted Best Way Heating. Magic! Jafar arrived the morning after I contacted, tried to solve with parts and when that was not possible he kept in close contact to make sure we got replacement quickly. There is no joy in replacing a furnace in this circumstance, the only pleasure was in spectacular service from Jafar and his team!
