Overall we are pleased with our bathroom renovation done by Gerhard and his assistant. Gerhard was a pleasure to work with and have in our home during the whole process. Always communicated with us about the schedule and showed up when he said he would. They laid out floor protector and tidied at the end of every day. After completion we found that the grout was starting to fail around the bathtub and Gerhard returned to fix the issue promptly. Our old house presented some issues and as a result we have not yet gotten our bathroom vent installed but I am confident that Gerhard will be back to get it finished in the Spring. We only had just over a week with our new house empty before our stuff arrived to arrange for painting. The previous colours were loud orange, yellows and bright teal blue and we went with mostly light greys so we weren't keen to do it ourselves. Ian from Grant painting was able to arrange a for our whole main floor to be repainted just in time. Our house is an old bungalow with some quirky features so not an easy job but we are happy with the finished product. We found some minor touch ups that were needed after they completed and they were more than happy to come out and fix them and encouraged us to call if we found anything else. I found Ian a pleasure to work with and quote was reasonable compared to others we received. Plus, I loved that they had someone come out and help with colour choices as I'd be useless at it.
