I usually do not write reviews, but I was so satisfied with our experience, that I am compelled to do so. My husband and I visited Trail Appliances in northeast Calgary. (We had previously used Trail when building our home in 2005, and our appliances are all still working well and have never given us a problem.) We were looking at appliances for our kitchen renovation in a new home. when we were approached by a salesperson who offered us her assistance.. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about every appliance that we viewed. She made suggestions and offered guidance in our selections without being "pushy"and did so without even a hint of being condescending, something which I had experienced in another appliance store minutes before our visit to Trail. She took the time to explain each appliance’s features and functions and came up with solutions for us when we were unsure of something. We did not start the day with the intent of purchasing our appliances, but I must tell you that we are confident that we have chosen wisely and will most definitely be ordering the package put together for us. It is not common to come across salespeople who are so knowledgeable, polite, and most of all attentive. I would not hesitate in recommending Trail Appliances because of our experience.
