We engaged Charline to design renovations to a home office, our kitchen and a guest bathroom. We have done renos before in other homes, but this was the first time we engaged a professional designer and it was definitely worth it. Charline listened to us both in terms of what we wanted and what we needed for each of these rooms, which were gutted and rebuilt. She has both a flair for what appealed to us and a practicality of what worked. Charline did preliminary drawings, did design drawings with 3D images, and detailed drawings for the contractors. She helped us with selection of materials and products and supported us as the construction was being done by answering both our questions and those of the contractors, both on site and by phone. The end result exceeded our expectations and we felt lucky to have Charline on our team throughout the construction from concept right through to the finished product. We think about Charline every time we realize how well each room works for us and with each compliment we get from our friends.

Cyndy has made our house a home. She did interior design throughout the house, helped us with all furniture acqusition, managed trades, designed a new ensuite and had it built, designed and built a wine cellar and managed all this while we were in Ontario. Without her help, we would not have the result we have. We compared her to a total house reno we did in Ontario while we were there and the result here in BC was just as good. She inspired confidence and delivered. She maintained communication with us to our expectations and took total ownership.
