Our Simply Comfort Technician Sathees came to our unit, diagnosed our problem and then offered a solution straight away. He even called back the next day and offered us a better rate for the heater. The heater was installed by another tech (Murtraq) as soon as it was ready. It had a few minor hiccups but I was still really impressed by how quickly they get back to you after you call / text in your problem or inquiry. So far, our decision to go with Simply Comfort is looking good! Thanks to Sathees and Elisabeth who kept reassuring us that we are valued customers!
