We got helped by Jay T and the services were great, as we had our expectations fulfilled in terms of customer service and the overall product. The furnace continues to work well and we feel as if we've gotten more then what we paid for. Overall the customer representative was able to help us out and maintain a friendly attitude.We are glad for choosing Simply Comfort.
