Amazing customer service. Donna on the phone was very friendly, answered all my questions and gave me an exact quote for everything so there were no surprises. Samir the tech was right on time, was very courteous and left the area clean and tidy. The installation itself looks great, everything is very neat. Overall very happy with the price and installation.

Used Shawn's expertise again for a townhouse to do the Tarion 1 year inspection. He was great as always, came right on time, spent a lot of time going through the entire house with a fine toothed comb. He noted and wrote down all the minute details, down to even minor chips in far away corners of bricks or walls. Took the time to get up to the attic to measure the insulation height (which always seem to be lacking, so the builder should be topping them up). Checked the roof, all nooks and crannies in the basement, closets, under sinks, all outside areas, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His reports are always extremely detailed with handy pictures so they are very easy to upload to Tarion to get the builder to come and fix things ASAP.

Amazing work, very thorough. We just moved into a new house and needed the construction debris cleaned out that the contractors left over. They arrived on time, walked us through the entire process, showed us what needed to be done. Paul was great, very friendly and helpful. The ducts are super clean now.

Awesome guys, came on time, explained everything, were super friendly. They were very careful setting up all the hoses so as not to scratch anything and did the job quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the work done.

We hired them to do crown moulding for the whole house and wainscoting in our master bedroom. We are blown away by the quality of work Anton and his team performed. Everything is just too perfect. All the nail holes are filled in and sanded, everything is perfectly aligned, all the edges match up perfectly. Refreshing to see contractors who value quality and are so skilled in their craft. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to everyone we know.

This is the third time hiring Shawn. First time we was for a pre-sale inspection of an older home, then a new home inspection after moving in, and now for the 1 year tarion inspection. Shawn is as always very professional, courteous, on time and extremely detail oriented. He always finds things you'd never expect or even think about. The report is very detailed and describes everything that needs to be done. Very happy and are recommending him to everyone we know.
