Stoney Creek, ON. I would never recommend this company. First they delayed my install several weeks until the week before Christmas. They never called or followed up until I threatened to cancel. I wish I did now...... the reason I choose them was because of their supposedly quality work and the promise to completely clean up afterwards. They returned (at my request - otherwise they thought it was clean) 4 times to clean up and still I spent last weekend cleaning around the house. nails, shingles and everything they removed from my gutters was still on the ground. Now less than 3 months after installing my roof, shingles are falling to the ground. the one thing they are good at is calling for payment. Stay far away from these guys is my recommendation.

Hello Rob, the lack of communication you experienced is in no way acceptable. At the end of the year, we always try to get out as many roofs as possible so that customers do not have to deal with a roofing install during the holidays, we definitely understand your frustration with the delay. It can be difficult to clean up all the debris in the winter because of the snow, as it melts it reveals items that we may have missed. Please understand that we try our hardest to leave a job site clean the first time, but will always come back out to clean up any mess that you encounter. Also, it's very important to clarify that the shingles that blew off your roof occurred during a severe windstorm last week and was not due to insufficient installation methods or simply falling off. Regardless, this issue is 100% covered under your warranty and we will be repairing it for you. Again, we do apologize for the delay and poor communication, but D'Angelo and Sons takes our customer service very seriously and want to ensure that we resolve any issue you having.
