I chose LegitFix because of their long track record of positive reviews and the initial phone conversation, which was professional and established a level of trust. Jeff was great. Not only did he fix the issue, but that he accommodated me on the same day, after what most would consider the end of a workday, speaks volumes to his dedication. Jeff was a good communicator; we were in touch all day before he got to my place and he explained everything he was doing while fixing my dryer, from diagnosis to resolution. In the end, he replaced a part which he brought with him (he was prepared) and the issue is now gone. Time will tell if it will stay gone, but if it does, it will be well worth the money - which was reasonable, considering it would have been a pain to replace the dryer never mind finding something that is of the same size and that would stack on top of my washer. My dryer is 10 years old, and Whirlpool just doesn't make them in that form factor any more. Of note, Jeff has a 90 day guarantee, which is reassuring. Thanks, Jeff. Great service. Very professional... and honest. I was ready to install a new central vacuum power unit, because my current system was failing. When Arian got on site, he diagnosed the problem to be a weird blockage in the pipes/tubing, which was making suction weak and overworking the motor. In the end, he dealt with the issue and I didn't have to install a new power unit after all - saved me $$$ in the process. The cost was very reasonable (and in hindsight, great value) compared to other quotes. I would use this company again (for any of their services), just on the basis of trust alone.
