Mark was great to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish. Always available when you need him. You will clearly see that Mark is respecting your home, time and money. Hard to find such contractors these days.

I had an excellent experience. Hired them to repair a roof leak in our 80+ year old building. I oversaw the work. During the repair, I interacted with 3 different people from the company (including the owner) and found them all to be professional, honest, and in general really pleasant human beings. Great people doing great work - you can't ask for much more than that.

Bought a range hood and an electric range. We noticed after few days that there was a dent mark on the frame and called back to Vaughan store. Exchanging some phone calls, email, pictures etc... They have decided to provide us with a return. They credited back our credit card. Communication is a little bit frustrating. From past experiences I knew that this would not be one of my dream purchase but at the end of the day the dent mark is underneath the range and does not effect the performance not it's visible.

We had our front door replaced about a month ago, and we are very happy with the look and the quality of the service we received from all the staff. The Installers were very professional and honest. They worked non-stop, paying attention to every detail to make sure I will be happy with the end result. I am looking forward working with them in the near future for my Living room windows replacement.
