I enjoyed working with Pro Quality Painting & Repair multiple times over the past 6 months. I'm delighted to have found them shortly after moving to my new home because no Job is too big or too small for them. I hired them to paint several rooms in my house, some of which required a moderate amount of repairs, to paint the deck, install light fixtures, assemble furniture, replace a deadbolt and maintain the yard, to name a few. Their work is professional, timely and meticulous. They are friendly, honest, hardworking and always have a smile on their faces (behind their masks :)) They often leave the worksite cleaner than it was found. Thank you Milo, for your exceptional quality of work over the past week! I happen to have found Milo on a Google search after my freezer broke down. Someone out there must be looking after me because I just happened to have clicked on his name. I feel lucky to have done so because Milo ended up being very competent, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. He was able to provide same-day service and quickly ordered the broken part and got it installed by the next day. His work was professional and immaculate. That same week, the washing machine at my mother's condo broke down and needed replacing. Her condo is currently being rented out, so with a tenant living there, we urgently needed to find the replacement for a broken washing machine. Due to covid19, many appliances are back-ordered. After a weekend of calling several stores without luck, I was about to tell the tenant that she would have to use the laundromat for the next month, when Milo came to the rescue again. He worked his magic to find the machine I wanted at a store that could deliver it that same week. He was available to answer my multitude of questions that assisted me in purchasing the washer. I had my Central vacuum installed by Julian 5 years ago and had my second service call today. Julian doesn't seize to impress. He went out of his way to come to my house today and fix my vacuum. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and will genuinely help you with your best interest in mind. I am so thankful for finding Vacuumville in my search for the best central vacuum for my home. From our very first conversation, Julian was knowledgeable, patient and informative. The installation was professional, efficient and tidy. I've had my Orbit central vac for 3 years now. It is powerful, easy to use & maintain and reliable. Recently the hose got blocked (likely by one of my 4-year-old's toy) and I called Julian right away. I was very impressed with his quality of customer service. After a stormy summer night in Toronto, a tree in our backyard had one of its large branches broken off. I called professional tree services and unfortunately Enrique was out of town. After encouraging me to find someone who would be available sooner, he still took the time to answer all my questions and offered to drop by as soon as he returned if I had not found someone by then. I scheduled an appointment with another company but they did not show up and were unreachable the whole day. I called Enrique and he came by my house the very same day he got back in town. Him and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy, and efficient. He even befriended the neighbour and arranged for him to move the car.
