Roxy in Monterey

After spending a good 2-3 hours on the phone on the weekend and getting no help at all from the "Big Box Stores", I sat on hold with one of them for over 20 min and then they hung-up on me. I called Wolseley on Monday and they gave me the name of Axford. I called and did not have to push 5 or 6 buttons to get to talk to a real person. I explained my problem and he said to come to the shop and he would have the parts for me. I did not even have to bring the broken ones with me. I am so amazed at the help I received and no money spent. I know where I will be getting my new taps for my basement bathroom when we renovate it this summer. Thank you to the staff at Axford and I will be back

Called Rusty Pipes to get my tank fixed. They were very quick in coming and did a great job. I thought it was going to cost so much more then it did. When they were done they made sure all of their mess was cleaned. Very professional crew and I would recommend them for sure.

I love my new windows. All Weather did a good job. They also had to do this on one of the coldest 3 days of November. My only complaints are that we had to have them come back a fix the trim around 1 window....(out of 11) and did not have any one call us after to see how things went. Great wlndows but poor follow up. It would have been nice to get at least a call to see how things turned out.
