They sent out a handyman to our house to quote. He spent 5 minutes reviewing what we needed and charged us $100 for this. Then they took a week to provide us with quote (after I had to call them back several times asking for it) and they provided just a verbal total cost (which was extremely high) to do the 4 tasks without a labour/materials breakdown. I asked for the labour/material breakdown as we wanted to see the formal breakdown for each task to adjust our list of services (remove some tasks). They refused to provide one. Then they wouldn't adjust the quote (remove some services) and continued to refuse to provide us with a proper formal quote (with labour and materials). Then they simply hung up the phone on us and would not pick up our phone calls back. I would NEVER recommend this company!! They have horrible customer service, they are not transparent -they take your money without providing any value or services/completion of tasks.
