Poor quality workmanship on the install. Several deficiencies and didn't clean mess. Didn't return calls, then denied there were deficiencies, refused to fix them until city inspection report outlined each deficiency with a repair deadline. This contractor also collected a deposit illegally as was not licensed as a prepaid contractor.
