Generally satisfied but did experience some delays and a few problems with the product recently. Heavy rains have resulted on one of the windows leaking. I would recommend supervising the project during installation and inspecting the product to ensure every thing is properly finished.

I am pleased to ear that you are generally satisfied, however the water leakeage is a warranty issue and we will remedy this ASAP. It may be an installation issue or a simple case of a blocked drain hole.
