Cara and Jim have been first class during my warranty inspection/servicing. Cara was excellent at keeping us up to date with scheduled service events. Jim thoroughly explained what he was looking out for during the inspection, and even why he was looking out for these concerns. We've even had follow-up services scheduled - after the work was carried out - to ensure that everything was done properly. Very impressed! Commitment to your satisfaction with the home buying experience does not stop after you have taken possession with Parkwood! I should also mention that there were no major concerns with my home, mainly just cosmetic fixes along the exterior. To all the Parkwood staff, thank you for your amazing service!
