Found Des on Homestars. Called him in the morning, he showed up early in the evening. Did a good job for a fair price. I'd use Des again, but all my junk is gone!

Third time we have used Balsam Plumbing in four years. Great service, friendly, even when our kids were bugging them. Wouldn't hesitate using them again. We called one day and they showed up the next.

Waterboy / Doug's service is great. We have used him to open and close our pool for two years now. Booked apptmts over the phone. We come home and find the job done. I actually don't even know what he looks like, but his service is very good. Trusting in that he does the work and then sends the invoice.

Arrived late with a too small truck. They then had to make 2 trips on a cross TO move. We had to help them load at our old house. They had to call in an additional crew to help unload and then gave me the shake down to pay them.The worst.

Found these guys on Homestars and used them because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Timely, professional and very helpful. I would recommend these guys and would use them again. graham / beach TO

Great service. Real depth of knowledge in the industry. Courteous. Ability to trouble shoot problems and suggest workable solutions. All this, plus these guys are funny and entertaining to deal with.
