My computer would not boot up . I could not restart it could not do anything. It just made a beeping sound. I phoned pc troubleshooting to book an appointment for a home visit and he was willing to come within 2 days to take a look even though he was travelling all the way from Oshawa to Toronto in the middle of a winter snowstorm. He opened up the tower took off the backing took out the motherboard shook it out put it back in and voila problem was fixed. It took all of 5 minutes. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do. He only charged me for the travel time not his labour. He was friendly polite even told me how to prevent future problems. Excellent service professional and courteous.

We had smoke coming from the furnace area and a smell of something burning. I called that evening and they sent a service person within the hour. He checked everything over that everything was venting properly, checked all the parts and found the problem in the nozzle which was burnt out. He quickly replaced it with a new one. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes and we've had no problems since. If you pay for a yearly plan there is absolutely no service charge and we didn't even have to pay for the part or labour and they responded immediately which was fantastic.
