We were given a business card for this company from a friend a few weeks before we took possession of our new construction home. Setting up an appointment to go over options and price estimates was fast and easy, and the rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we selected our window coverings, setting up installation was also flexible and easy. Installation itself was very fast, the rep was an expert and before you know it, we had beautiful new window coverings to go with our beautiful new home. Altogether, we got wood slat blinds, roller shades for some french doors and window cling/privacy film for our entrance and garage window. The quality of the window coverings was above our expectations, and not having to do our own install was obviously wonderful as well. 5 years later, we are still very happy with all of the window coverings and would recommend this company to anyone looking for the same!

We bought a 3bd 2.5bth townhome through Homes by Avi after visiting their showhomes in Walker Lakes in Edmonton. The sales staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the purchase process a breeze for us first time buyers. The build time (slab was already in the ground for our building) was almost exactly on schedule with their estimates, and there were no major delays of any kind. They were very communicative throughout the build, and kept us up to date via email. They also have an online portal where you can check the basic status of your build at any time and access the documents, plans etc. Inspections were on time and the company rep was very knowledgeable. The possession date also went very smoothly and the welcome gifts were a wonderful added touch. The overall craftsmanship of our home exceeded our expectations, down to little touches like flush-mount solid wood vents that match our flooring (something other builders would likely make an upgrade). The only mistake during construction was in our favour when they delivered stainless steel appliances rather than our chosen black appliances. They allowed us to keep the stainless without paying the upgrade cost difference rather than risk damage moving them in and out again. 5 years in, I can say we are still very happy with the quality and construction of our home, and would recommend Avi to anyone looking for a new home.
