Reid brought my shabby couch back to life! He prepared me for worst case because it was a difficult job - and delivered amazing results. He was knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, thorough, cleaned up after himself and I will refer him and bring him in for other cleaning jobs. It was great to work directly with the owner of the business.

With about half a day's notice, Les and Jay arrived at the time expected and completed the job in the time allotted and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. We are very pleased with Marlene's recommendation on the model of toilet to install - it fits ALL our requirements and even had wonderful "extra" features. The work to install the toilets was top quality - from water supply to seal. Les & Jay were pleasant and considerate - they explained their work and apprised us of challenges. They even made time to offer really practical tips on how to do regular maintenance to keep things clear. We felt very well cared for and have TOTAL confidence in the products, the work and the excellent 2-year warranty. We have other projects that we would now consider inviting them back to do.
