10/10

I discovered a wasp nest above my front porch in late summer of 2010. I figured out the wasps were entering their nest between the cement of two bricks. I used silicone to plug their entry point and waited until the next day. The wasps were very angry as they eventually found a new entry point. I siliconed that hole also and waited until the next day. Now the wasps were very agitated and made entry through the front door impossible, (luckily I use the garage entry). At this point I called Kevin and he said he would send over his crew in a couple of hours. I told him about the silicone and he said that is the worst thing I could have done as the wasps will always find another way into their nest and eventually may even make their way into the home. His technician Troy came with an assistant and they sprayed their "magical fairy dust" into the wasp's entry points. He said 99% of the wasps will be killed and the other 1% will find a new home within a few days. By the next day only a few wasps were circling the area and by the third day all wasps were gone.

Company Response

Thanks James: Really nice that you took the time to write this review. Interior wasps nests can be really tough for homeowners to deal with. Exterior nests are easy to control for most. The interior requires a tracking dust. Nice to see that everything went smooth, in rare cases we may need to perform a second application. Thanks again James. Troy and Mike.
