It's easy to say good things about a company when you're unequivocally happy with the work. It's harder to say good things when there's been a problem--but when it comes to Insta Insulation, I'm happy to say that they proved their worth in the way they resolved the issue I had. The spray foam job was very good (thanks James and Wael--apologies if I spelled that incorrectly) but no one asked me if I was keeping my cathedral ceiling open or closing it off. I was keeping it open. The installers assumed I was putting the top four feet behind drywall and sprayed liberally over the wood joists that the drywall would need to rest on. As soon as I called, Insta was all over the issue, sending a crew (Tom first, then Tom and Dave) to diligently scrape off the extra foam. It took a day and a half--and no one ever complained. Everyone I've dealt with, from the scheduler to the customer care person, has been lovely. I never felt forgotten or ignored--even though I could've been labelled one of "those customers." Thanks Insta! Not only are you the greenest option for spray foam available, but you take good care of your customers. When it comes time to spray my basement, I'll call you.
