upgraded from builders carpet to oak hardwood staircase and converted upstairs hallway (carpet) to match the staircase and living room floor (oak). The job was well done, on time, a bit messy at times but they always cleaned up after. We even made a few on the fly modifications which were accommodated and reasonable priced. They take care of you and genuiney want you to be happy with the outcome of the project.
