Ed and Mike were very informative, thorough, professional and friendly, when speaking via phone and providing all the information about the different garage door designs (we only needed 1 door to replace a damaged door and thus it had to match the existing 2nd garage door). They also stuck to their word: they called back when they said they would (I found that their local competitor company dont do that) and they came and installed the door when they said they would, which was on Friday June 10th. Very happy with this company and if any further garage servicing need arises, Ill be sure to call them.

Loved it! I had initially called El Cheapo and spoke to them twice but they did not even email the contract, like they said they would. So I went looking and found "You Move Me". I liked the name, saw the high reviews and also the mention on BlogTO. I called and was immediately impressed by the professional customer service, the details that they provided to me and the detailed quote which they emailed me immediately after our initial conversation. What's more, the move coordinator even suggested ways that we could speed up the move and thus lower Our overall bill. They called me the day before (like they said they would) and confirmed all the details. On the day of the move, Rick and Marcus came 15mins early at 8:45am and got to work immediately. Rick and Marcus were dressed in their company'a jackets, they were friendly and were so efficient and fast. They also provided me with 2 wardrobe boxes to move my closet, which wasn't part of the plan but was very appreciated. They also set up our dining table for us, which was delivered that day from the furniture store. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was damaged. The itemized list and final invoice was on an iPad, so no looking through sheets of paper. My move was completed in 4hrs! And I even got a little housewarming plant from the company along with a gift certificate! That's brilliant marketing. We have bad experiences with movers before so I was feeling nervous about our move, but You Move Me surpassed my expectations and will definitely use them again!
