Do not ever use Rafina Hardwoods Inc. to put in hardwood floors for you. We hired them to put in new hardwood flooring in our house. What we got were 3 inch pieces of hardwood with lots of scratches and imperfections. There are so many defects with the hardwood and the workmanship is so poor that we've been told it would be impossible to fix without having to take out the entire floor. When we first spoke with Rafina Hardwoods Inc. it sounded like we were getting a good deal but it turned out to the one humongous mistake on our part. We've tried to contact the company for the last 3 months with no luck.

Our company was contacted by these homeowners several months ago. They had some smoke damage to their house. The insurance company was willing to pay for new hardwood floors in their house for the first floor only. They had no extra money to spend but wanted to put hardwood flooring through out the 2nd floor of their house with the money that was to pay for the first floor. Now let it be clear that our company specializes in Custom Homes where the proper amount of money is spent on the hardwood floors. We knew of a company that manufactures a lower grade hardwood that would be available to do their entire house. They agreed to the product and to make a long story short they have issues with the lower grade product. Let this be a lesson to all who think that you can get a top quality product for a steal of a deal.
