Ordered a replacement glass door early December 2016 and had a heck of a delay. Once the manufacturer provided the product for Shower Door, they came quickly to install. Installation was good, installer knowledgeable and clean.

Every once in while we things do not go according to plan despite our best intentions. In this particular case a supplier ran short on inventory, was delayed over the Xmas break in getting parts and a door that usually takes 2 weeks took over 2 months to get. Compounded with poor communication on our end the client was understandably upset. We are pleased that the shower enclosure has been succesfully installed and the client is happy with the results. It is reviews such as these that make us work harder to ensure it will not happen again. Tony
