This was a long overdue service that I finally got around to having done. I engaged with three firms and selected Cora based on their responsiveness and completeness to my pre-service questions and concerns. Turns out I made an excellent choice. They arrived promptly on the specified date and time. I was given a full explanation of the process and observed throughout. The Cora representatives were professional and knowledgeable. The work took approx. 2 hours to complete. There was an unforeseen issue with the location of my dryer external outlet, but they implemented a workaround solution to address that issue. They also showed me the dust coming out, and it was extreme! I know I will breathe easier now that the air is cleaner. I would not hesitate to use recommend and use Cora folks again.
