From start to finish, we had a very positive experience with Junkit! Alex (in the office) was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When I had concerns about the placement of the bin, and whether it would fit in our driveway -- Alex suggested we take a photo of our site, and he took the time to review it, along with our measurements. His attention to detail helped us make the right choice of bin, and we had no problems! The delivery (and pick up) drivers were friendly and professional. We had very specific instructions for the placement of our bin, and they followed them exactly! Alex was also very helpful in narrowing our pick-up window, to allow us to have a bit of extra time to get our clean up job done. I would highly recommend this service, and we would definitely use it again in the future!

A plus! We are very pleased with the high level of service that we received from AC Electrical. We had rewiring done in our entrance hallway, and we also had work done on our electrical panel (switches) in order to bring our old wiring up to code. They were on time and very professional. They took care to maintain a very clean work-site and even vacuumed when the job was done! Their quote was not the lowest, but I think it is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. We will hire them again for additional jobs on our electrical to-do-list!

In the late spring, Oren built a cedar deck for our semi-detached home in North Toronto. We appreciated the extra information he provided, regarding the permit process. His preliminary sketches for our project were clear and the final written contract was concise. Oren made suggestions regarding our initial design; his ideas improved our project. We did run into a few bumps during the construction process, but Oren addressed our concerns. After the project was finished, he returned to our site to make the necessary adjustments. Ultimately , we were pleased with the final product.

We had Markham flooring install mirage hardwood in our semi on the main floor and upper floors. When we visited their showroom we were impressed with the variety of choices/finishes they had available. The sub-contracted installers were on-time and professional. Markham is not the cheapest company, nor the most expensive. Although the installation was not perfect (there was residual dust, and the box trim could have been installed with a bit more attention to detail in some areas), I do not regret our choice to go with Markham flooring. The small issues we encountered were not too troublesome. And they offer a superior product (Mirage) at a very reasonable price.
