Ronhan was refereed to me by dave"s construction. He is a insulation gouy. He quoted me an amazing price so i used him since he was also a referral from my general contractor later i found out he had coveredall my attic vents which will kill the shingle on the roof if they are covered. When i contacted him he told me he would return to remedy and never did. he kept promising to come by on specific days and would never show up. Finally i relized he had no intention of fixing this issue and i hired someone else.

sucks. They quoted me on the job. gave me a time from that they couldn't keep. Promised that there would be a proper clen up and they left a mess. Also they tried to tell me i had to pay more money then originally quoted. Chouinard Bros.

we hired dave to do our home reno. He told us that he could do anything...including deconstruction, tiling, plumbing,electrical etc. He also told us he works with a crew which we never saw. mostly he came by himself and occasionally brought along what he refereed to as an apprentice. usually guys from his church or guys that did so so work. overall we found him to be a low quality handyman who tried passing himself off as a general contractor. the quality of his workmanship was horrible,(9uneven cuts,joints,tiling, walls...etc ). Everyday we are reminded of how unlucky we where to hire him simply by looking throughout our home and having to leave with his terrible sloppy job. We recently hired a pro to rip out most of the tile work he did at a considerable expense to us. I would strongly recommend against using him as you will pay for it in the end.
