My furnace is through Home Depot and they did a great job. My roof they also did - but I had a problem after the job was done with the eaves- trough and they came and resolved it right away.
We had two doors installed in our home - one at the front entry and one on the side of the house. The initial sales process seemed easy but after they took the down payment everything went down hill. When the doors arrived, they immediately took down the old doors and they ended up bringing a new door that was the wrong order- it was white, not burgundy. I was stuck as they had removed the old doors already and we had to have doors on the house!! They ended up having to boarding up the entrances - and also gave us a temporary door. This lasted for about three weeks. I refused to pay until they did it right. Eventually the right doors arrived and now two years later there is bubbling and chipping on the doors likely as the refinishing wasn't done well. And now the door knob is now getting frost on it and hard to lock the door. I'm too scared to call them back and get them to fix it. And the side door was also the wrong order and is still wrong. Stay Away!!!
