he sanded down my 60 year old maple hardwood floors and refinished them with a natural clear coat. they where very waxy and had to go though many sanding papers (they plugged up with wax and had to replace it to continue working). even though it took more material then he was expecting. he did not charge more then he quoted. because the unexpected wax, the job took little longer then expected. but it was not longer due to his experience. he did a good job with what he had to work with.
