I called John to repair my bathroom sink trap today and my first impression was that he was very courteous and customer oriented. He was very punctual and has a kind demeanour. The quality of workmanship was first class and this was done in no time. He assured me that I would not need to replace it anymore providing me peace of mind(had a big leak). My wife and I choose Aztech doors and windows because of all the great reviews on homestars which we used before to help us choose a reputable company. I must say, we were totally amazed by the service we received. Upon our initial meeting with Myron, he was very professional, knowledgeable and very genuine in his interaction with us. He asked us about what we wanted to purchase and provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision with no pressure tactics. In fact, he was very patient in answering all of our questions and returned all of our emails . We decided to go with this company and subsequently purchased a front entry and side door which were quite stunning. We also had a small broken window repaired in our bedroom. The thing that surprised us the most was how the crew of workers lead by Leon was so detail oriented and thus providing quality workmanship. Roberto was very professional and courteous from the onset. He came to our house showing us the different samples that were available and made the process very easy for us. He was very prompt and sincere displaying a great work ethic. We were exceptionally pleased with all facets of our experience and would not hesitate to use his services again. Overall, Fantastic. We just had the attic insulated this past weekend by Mr. Zenic and his family[Jan 14/17]. We were totally amazed with the first class and professional service that we received. From our first discussion on the telephone, Mr. Zenic was very sincere and a true gentleman and very reasonable. He will do more than required at no extra cost. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this man. Moreover, all furniture was covered during this process and cleanup was professionally done.
