This is a mixed review as the experience started off negative when an inexperienced handy woman was sent to rebuild our stairs. She said she knew what she was doing but after 10hours she had only built the landing- out of plywood! After contacting the company, Sarah was very helpful and went out of her way to book Eric (a carpenter) to finish the job the next day. He was done quickly, and produced a fantastic design we hadn't even thought of and have had many compliments. Thank you for turning around this initial negative experience so professionally!
