Never deal with this company. They have the worst costumer service in the world. We changed our minds and wanted a refund. The furniture hasn't been deliverd and won't be delivered for 8 weeks. We deposited 50% and asked for a refund for something that they already have in stock. The store manager Michael at the arrow road store out right just refused. It's not like they had to order anything special or anything. This is horrible way to treat a costumer after they were so disingenuously nice to us to pressure us to buy something. Now the store manager couldn't care less about our situation and said that he couldn't care less every costumer is the same and the rules are the rules. I hope nobody ever shops there again. They don't deserve to be in business they don't treat people well. Stay away from this company. You'll over pay for lousy quality furniture

Company Response

Hi Martin, Arrow Furniture has many policies in place as do most retailers in order to do what they deem best for their companies as a whole. We, like many other retailers, have a no refund policy when it comes to deposits. If it was a stock item, you may change it as long as it hasn't been delivered. Right or wrong though, this policy has been in place since the inception of Arrow and is clearly written on your invoice where we require your signature. As far as 'pressuring' you to buy something, we like to think that it is ALWAYS the customers choice to make that final decision and your last comment about 'overpaying for lousy quality furniture' is difficult to understand seeing that you have not received delivery of your furniture yet. We strongly believe that customer service is a whole lot more than just giving refunds and hope that you can find a way to see all that we have to offer. Jason M. - Sales Manager
