We purchased a stand alone fire place from the folks at Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces about 6 years ago. Recently we had a problem with the remote starter, so we called the store and the helpful people there tried walking us through the "paring" setup with out success. We stopped in at the store on a Saturday morning with the remote in hand. The store opens up at 10:00 but the owner arrived at 9:50, opened the door and before he even took off his coat, was addressing my concerns. He checked the remote and determined that it had become defective and told me I would need a new one. The he went to the back of the store to see if he had another, I went out to my vehicle and got my credit card to pay for the new unit. When I returned to the counter, the owner (sorry I forget his name) returned from his search with a white box in his hand. He handed the box to me with a big smile and said "Merry Christmas". This is why Alberta Wholesale fireplaces is the best fireplace store in the city. Providing excellent service is what makes this company stand out. Thanks
