Korite Flooring on main floor...
At first we were happy with our Korite flooring installed (December 2006)by Andre (Density Plus). However the after installation service has been less than professional. In December 2007 we had a concern with the edging used and we were assured that it wasn't a problem to fix and it would be resolved soon. It is now into June 2007 and after several phone calls I still don't have the issue resolved. I'm calling one last time to address another issue as our floor has "sunk" in one area and if this along with our initial concern is not dealt with appropriately I'll have no choice but to persue legal action. Floors aren't cheap but a reputation is priceless!
- Company Response
The reducer strips the customer calls edging were custom made hardwood strips, that were supplied free of charge. These strips have been supplied on all our other jobs without complaint. This customer requested strips that were thinner, and we agreed to make new ones and deliver them when we were in the area again. We apologized for the delay. As for the dip in the floor, we were only just made aware of this, and our installer has been in to inspect the problem.
