We were directed to Toute Suite by a family member that happened upon the store. After looking carefully at several options we decided to order a custom sectional, adding an extra section not featured in the floor model. Though there was a lag in processing time we thrilled with the final product. The delivery was exceptionally smooth and we would not hesitate to use Toute Suite again.

Very rarely do we have any lags in production, unless your order is truly a custom size or in your particular case, your fabric selection was unfortunately on back order from the supplier which is beyond the control of our retail store. Having said that, we still made our 8 week commitment factoring in the factory shutdown for over a week during the Christmas/New Years 2015/2016 season.
