Friendly, honest and reliable. Excellent service from Eugene. Easy to deal with, very friendly and honest. Fridge cooling system stopped working and Eugene was able to assess the same day the request was made and had it back up and running in a few days (just had to wait for the parts order).

Chris from Uptown Appliances is amazing! Quick to return call and very friendly, honest, and informative. He'll walk you through everything he is doing so you know exactly what is going on. He kept me posted with the updates from the parts store and came over as soon as the parts were available. Can't say enough great things about Chris and definitely worth every penny!
