I was looking forward to using Bath Fitters for the first time to repair a worn out tub with a new insert. On the day of the tub install, I received a call from the installer who told me the appraiser measured the tub incorrectly and the tub insert was too large to install. I was told I would hear from an appriaser in 24 to 48 hours to re-measure and order another insert with the correct size. After 2 weeks of messages left for the appriaser and branch manager I have not heard from anyone. I cancelled the order and asked for my deposit back which I have yet to see on my credit card. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and Bathfitters failure to follow up on their errors. As a property manager and owner of 4 revenue properties I will never use this company.
