Ted King recently completed a total bathroom renovation for us. This included an expansion of the space into an adjoining closet, removal of old fixtures, flooring and drywall, new insulation and drywall, replacement of an existing window, installation of 2 new glass block windows, construction of a large corner shower and separate soaker tub enclosure, radiant floor heating, and tiling. This is the 2nd major reno project that Ted has done for us and we would not consider hiring anyone else to work on our home. The end result is a beautiful spa type bath. As always, Ted was punctual, organized, and cheerful. He had some excellent suggestions for improving the finished product and we are thrilled with the outcome. Thanks again Ted! Ted is a master at organizing large jobs. He successfully coordinated a team of professionals (architect, excavators, plumber, HVAC, building inspectors, etc.) to get the job completed efficiently and on schedule. His work ethic, attention to detail, and obvious love of what he does made Ted a joy to work with. We didn't hesitate to trust him with a key for the duration of the project, knowing we could rely on him to respect our home. Ted provided and implemented several excellent design suggestions during the project to improve the finished product - without driving the overall cost up. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking a reliable and cheerful contractor and we look forward to working with Ted again on future reno projects.
