First time calling Bestway yesterday morning, after the furnace failed for the 2nd year in a row. Called after reading some of his great reviews, never would have thought he would EXCEED the nearly 10/10 reviews. The company we used last year didn't identify a failed pressure switch and circuit board. After pulling out the pressure switch and replacing with a temporary fix he had, he continued testing. The circuit board was malfunctioning also, so replaced with a temporary fill in he had with him. The faulty parts will be sent back to the manufacturer for new replacements. We have heat in the interim, and he was so reasonable with his actions and logic, keeping us informed and teaching us so much. He adjusted the level / tilt of the furnace using his own wood supply, as it was not draining the water condensing which has caused issues as well. He also replaced the filter, and didn't have an insane price for the parts he used or serious surprises along the way when settling the bill. Almost the exact opposite of any professional service I've ever received. 'Uncle Jafar' as he is now known to our children will always be welcome in our home and everyone we know. We will be recommending him with very high regard, including friends in real estate and the builders of our home who should be using this type of professional for their heating and HVAC needs. For someone of this caliber to make himself available 24 hours is a benefit to anyone in his service area. See you again soon!
