He was able to quickly diagnose why I wasn't getting hot water after I had removed frost from the outside vents. He restarted the Heater after he checked the the outside vents were clear of ice and frost. He stayed to make sure all was well and was there to answer questions that I had about future occurrences. Very reliable service provided.
