Brad was a referral from a friend - from the first interaction, he was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. It took us about a week to choose the flooring to replace the carpet on the second floor - brad was helpful with suggestions; he even brought samples directly to the house. Once we decided on a hardwood (a handscraped maple)- Brad gave us a date for the delivery of the wood, removal of the carpet and when installation would start and finish. Everything was on time and very smooth - the removal of carpet took one day, the hardwood was delivered early so that it would acclimate to our home and the installation took 3 1/2 days - all on time! (one of these days was the snowstorm when everything in the GTA was closed down!) We are very pleased with the installation - a lot of tricky areas - curves, staircases, closets, tile thresholds - all done perfectly! All of our furniture was treated with care - Brad and his team even helped us place felt pads under all the furniture before palcing it on the new hardwood. We are so pleased with the workmanship and the product,we will be working with Brad and Upper Canada Flooring to redo our main floor as well. Great job Brad! Thank you
