Courteous. Informative and noticed a very bad problem. That the only safety mechanism had been bypassed. Bill corrected the issue and fingers crossed the fireplace started. 1990s model which some parts are not available anymore. Very thankful and was perfectly reasonable. A huge thank you Bill.
