I purchased a leather sectional from Boss Leather in October and Adam and Michael delivered it today (December 3, 2016), before the holidays as they promised. First, the sectional looks amazing! I chose a red colour because I am not conventional; it's beautiful and the quality looks exceptional, it's comfortable and no deficiencies from what I can see. I don't think I'll have any issue with my purchase!
As a consumer, what I value above anything else is service, especially when I'm spending what I consider to be a lot of money. The service from Boss Leather is exceptional. When I attended the store in October, I was served by Paul Agricola, who was kind, patient and knowledgeable as I asked a lot of questions to be sure that I was making a good choice.
I found Adam and Michael, the gentlemen who delivered the sectional, to be outstanding. They called prior to their arrival to let me know that they were en route. When they arrived, they moved a couch for me that I was unable to move on my own, and I did not expect that and I did not even have to ask. I was impressed that Adam actually remembered me from my visit in October. They were careful in how they carried and put together the sections, and provided me with felt cushions for the legs as I did not think to get any. They respected my request to remove their shoes as they entered my home, and I have not always had that experience with service deliveries. Above all, they were just pleasant, polite and genuinely nice and a great reflection of Boss Leather. In my opinion, if you have a great product but provide crappy service, you will not get my money, I don't care if it's a good deal. I am so happy with the product and service from Boss Leather that I am going to purchase the matching ottoman in the coming months. Keep up the good work Boss Leather:).
