I chose them because of their very thorough bid process, attention to service and their obvious eagerness to do the best possible job. The owner himself came out to appraise the roof, immediately presented me with a quote, samples and options. I did shop around a little and those that I spoke to emailed quotes and provided no follow-up or personal service at all. The actual job was completed in a timely fashion, was extremely well done and the job site completely and thoroughly cleaned. The team of young men were polite, friendly and approachable. I was very happy with my decision all around and hands down recommend them as the best roofers available in the Ottawa area!
