Rebuild of Utility/Laundry Room
No communication. No commitment to schedule. Decide they don't want to show up for a day and then expect me to accommodate with no notice. Argued me that my floor did not need to be replaced but when I insisted they check the condition of the floor under the flooring it was soaked. If I had not have said anything, I would still have mold issues. Came home one day to find they had left my home unlocked. This is absolutely unacceptable. Show up without the proper equipment and then need to come back another day. Project goes on long beyond their promised finish date. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
