I was treated like a valuable customer from the time I made my appointment to after the job was completed. The agent on the phone was excellent and answered all my questions about my service plan, and the serviceman who did my furnace checkup was very helpful. He arrived within the appointment window times. He asked pertinent questions to make sure I was following the safety rules for gas furnaces, ie. Do I have a working carbon monoxide detector? Do I make sure that I keep the exhaust and fresh air pipes clear after snow storms? etc. He also gave me a couple of good tips to help keep my furnace operating at peak performance and he answered my questions. Thank you for the good care you gave.
