I came home on a Sunday evening to a cold home. Called Mr Furnace about a repair. They are one of only a few companies that will answer the phone on a Sunday and come to your home. We met Mark later that night who was great at figuring out the problem and making a suggestion for repair or replacement. The next day we had Randy come to our home to discuss an estimate on replacing our 21yr old furnace which made more sense to replace than repair. Randy was excellent at explaining all the options and process of installing the new furnace and AC. The next day Ryan and Mike arrived on time to start our installation. Both guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They put in a good nine hour day working but wouldn't leave until all was finished to perfection! These guys were easy to talk to, ask questions, joke with, etc. We really enjoyed our experience with all of Mr. furnace's guys and would recommend them to any other homeowners. Remember you get what you pay for and if you want great service, you want these guys!
