This was a project that everybody is dreaming about - on time, perfect worship, taking in account all questions, open for discussions and ready to advise. We are happy with results of our bathroom renovation. We used Elton's help on another project in our house and we are working on new project to call Elton to work it. We just completed renovation project with Aaron's team "City Edge Point Construction" - great results, great experience with the whole renovation process. Aaron kept his promise on the schedule, cost, tidy work space and excellent final results. The saying states - "The devil is in the details". Aaron and his team were taking care about all smallest details during the project - they all are perfectionists - waste free demolition, perfect walls patching, smart and with accordance to the code electrical work, art quality wood patching, accurate painting of walls and all trims. We were informed about all steps in the project, we had detailed explanation on how something will be done, we were part of the project without having any burden of the project - great job! Our project included complete demolition and renovation of the basement. The work flow was organized very well - we did see solid constant flow of work and did feel renovation team desire to complete work in basement as promised; - we did like the quality of the work from all trades including inspections for basement leaks, changing vents and water pipes; - we consider painting, baseboard caulking, all last touches... as most visible and defining of final results - they must be highest quality - we got what we expected, although we do understand that quality of final look was contributed by each stage in the project; - we liked that all workers actually were responsible for their work – we appreciate how they all provided practical suggestions and explanations to their approaches; - we liked that all trades were taking care about work place - they respected our house, they were cleaning at the end of each working day - thanks to All for this! including demolition team, they were working during terrible weather and left out place almost sparkling. During whole project we were well informed about next steps in the project – thanks to PM Michael. We DO recommend this team for any project in in the house and we definitely will call them back for our future projects.

Rapid and high quality service. Alex called ahead of his visit to confirm address and time and was in time at our hose. He worked very accurate and fast, thoroughly tested the fix and only after that concluded that repair is complete. We recommend this company and definitely will go back if needed.

Elton was very precise in time, extremely accurate job, everything was cleaned after each step in the project – removal of old tiles, new tiles, new patches to the walls, back splash, baseboards, new door installation, new pipes – all our considerations were taking in account, many very good suggestions how to do this or that.
